If you are looking for Easy Ways To Get Pregnant then you need to know that healthy sperm can live in the female reproductive tract for several days but the ripe egg needs to be fertilized within 24 hours of ovulation.

This means that you can conceive after having had sex several days before ovulation but once you have ovulated you have about 24 hours in which to have sexual intercourse that can lead to a conception.

Fertility experts now agree that to maximise the chances of conception you should have sex frequently from the time you first notice any cervical secretions (usually sticky white secretions at the start) through the time of any clearer, wetter and stretchier and for 3 days after the secretions change back to either sticky white or dryness again.

Ideally this means having sex every 2 or 3 days and daily for the two or three days around the time of the wtter secretions.

Contrary to popular belief abstinence can harm sperm function, although sperm can live for up to 7 days in the female reproductive tract.

Did you know that one study found that 94 per cent of pregnancies were attributed to sperm that were one oor two days old?

1. Are You An Apple Or A Pear Shape? - It seems that women who carry excess abdominal weight (i.e women who are pear shaped) can be less fertile than women whose excess weight is distributed around their hips and bottom.

The reasons for this are not totally understood yet, but one major dutch study showed that there is a clear link between women’s body shapes and conception rates.

2. Did Your Mother Suffer From An Early Menopause? - Early menopause occurs when a woman’s periods stops before the age of 40. This condition is known as Premature Ovarian Failure (POF)and tends to be hereditary. It is therefore important that you bear this in mind when you are thinking of getting pregnant.

It is also important that as with normal menopause, a woman with POF will stop producing fertilizable eggs several years (sometimes up to 10 years) before her periods stop.

3. Are you underweight? - Women with too little body fat can find that their oestrogen levels fall and this can lead to their periods becoming irregular or stopping altogether. So if your BMI is less than 20, you need to find a way to put on some weight in order to restore your hormonal balance.

Talk to a nutritionist or a dietician if you need help with this.

PostHeaderIcon How To Get Pregnant Fast – How Knowing Your Ovulation Date Is The Greatest Secret To Getting Pregnant Fast.

So you are asking the question “How To Get Pregnant Fast” well the truth is that so many factors contribute to the conception process and even if you did “everything right”, you only have a 30% chance of getting pregnant in any given month.

Unlike the man who is fertile for most of his life, a woman is only fertile for 2-3 days in a month. This is known as your fertile window and it is the biggest secret to getting pregnant fast.

You see once one of your ovaries has released an egg; that egg has a maximum of 24 hous to live after which it will disintergrate and is shed in your monthly menstrual cycle. So what does this mean?

It means it is crucial that you have sexual intercourse very close to when your ovary is about to release an egg or within a couple of hours after the egg has been released. This time frame is known as your fertile window and your task is to be able to predict with great accuracy when your ovary is about to or has released an egg.

There are 3 main ways of doing this:

a) using your cervical fluid,

b) charting your basal body temperature and

c) using an ovulation kit.

Most women use their cervical fluid to identify when they ovulate because it is the most reliable.

Basically what you are looking for is when your cervical fluid is most transparent, stretchy and looks like raw eggwhite.

It may take you charting a few menstrual cycle to get the date you ovulate but it is very important that you master your menstrual cycle and know when you are most fertile.

One general misconception is that most women ovulate on the 14th day, this is really not true at all.

This 14 day ovulation day is based on the average woman, but you may be anything but average.

For example my menstrual cycles are very short indeed, with an average length of 20-22 days. When I conceived my son, it turned out that I ovulated on the 8th day. Can you believe that?

So master your menstrual cycle and you will greately increase the odds of your getting pregnant quickly.

But your fertile window is not all you need to know. I will recommend you get Lisa Olson’s Pregnancy Miracle Book. It contains a wealth on information that will make conceiving that dream child a reality.

PostHeaderIcon Getting Pregnant After Miscarriage – Your Birth Control Pills May Have Been Responsible.

Is getting pregnant after miscarriage any different from getting pregnant for the first time? Well the answer to that question is yes and no.

Before I delve a little further, I want to know that what I share in this article is just one reason for having a miscarriage. To get a very good understanding and indeed prepare your body so that you can carry your next pregnancy to full term then I highly recommend Lisa Olson’s fantastic resource – “The Pregnancy Miracle”

The answer is that it is no different because surely if you are able to conceive the first time around then surely you can conceive again. All you need to do is take the exact same steps you took the first time around to conceive and you should be able to get conceive again.

The difference however is that you need to try and understand why you miscarried the first time and try to prevent it happening again.

There are many medical reasons why you may have miscarried the first time around and one of those reasons is a lack of the female hormone – Progesterone.

Most Birth Control Pills Could Lead To Spontaneous Abortions In The First Trimester.

If you were on birth control pills e.g. Depo Provera before you conceived then you may have unknowing contributed to your miscarriage.

Did you know that progesterone deficiency is actually the cause of over 90% of first trimester spontaneous abortions?

You see artificial or synthetic progesterone are not really progesterone at all. They are in fact more accurately referred to as progestin.

This hormone is so dangerous that if you are taking it (or most birth control pills for that matter) during the first stages of pregnancy there is a high probability that an abortion will occur.

This is because the progestin actually binds to the progesterone receptor much more than natural progesterone does and when it binds it actually blocks the real progesterone from providing the beneficial effects on the placenta and fetus.

As a result the baby dies from progesterone starvation.

So if you plan on getting pregnant after a miscarriage again, then make sure that you avoid all forms of birth control for at least a couple of months. This will ensure that your system is clear and clean from all the dangerous and synthetic hormones.

Needless to say, even when you are done with child bearing, birth control pills are best avoided.

PostHeaderIcon Easiest Ways To Become Pregnant – 3 Tips To Conceiving That Dream Child.

There are many things that you can do that will faciliate conception. I am going to discuss 3 tips here that will defintely increase your chances of having that baby.

1. Avoid All Forms Of Lubrication: Studies show that all artificial lubricants e.g. KY Jelly, vegatable oils, glycerin, petroleum jelly and even saliva can kill sperm. Until recently there has not being a viable option but there is a new revolutionary vaginal moisturiser that is specificially designed to mimic natural body secretions and provide an optimal environment for sperm.

It is called Pre-Seed, develpoed by Bio-Origyn and works by delivering a PH balanced semen-like fluid.

2. Positions During Intercourse: Studies now show that if the man has marginal sperm count, the best position for intercourse is the traditional missionary position.

This allows for the deepest penetration and will deposit the sperm closest to the cervix. It is also advatageous for you to remain lying down for up to 30min in the basic position in which you had intercourse.

3. Healthy Diet, Weight and Exercise: When trying to get pregnant quickly, it is important that your body is as healthy as possible. This means you have to limit refined foods, excess sugar, caffeine and porducts with any form of additives.

Eating a well balanced diet of wholesome foods can eliminate potential problems and there is speculation that heavy milk consumption may adversely affect fertility. This is becuase milk contains high levels of oestrogen and progesterone which will alter your body’s natural hormone levels.

In addition, in order to ovulate, your body needs at least 20% body fat and so just as being underweigth can affect fertility being overweight can altercyour cycles and cause your body to produce excessive oestrogen.

How long does it take to get pregnant – That is a million dollar question.

Unfortunately, there is no concrete answer but many factors contribute to how quickly a woman is able to conceive.

Some couples never have issues with conceiving yet others have to plan before it happens.

Statistically,

• The average time it takes for a pregnancy to occur is between 4 and 6 months

PostHeaderIcon How To Get Pregnant Fast – 3 Simple Steps To Help You Concieve Quickly.

How To Get Pregnant Fast – Perhaps this is something you have been pondering upon for some time now.

The truth is you may or may not be doing something anything wrong. Be rest assured that so many factors contribute to how easily you get pregnant and my goal here is to share some of what I know will definitely increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Perhaps the most important step you need to take is to know your fertile window. What exactly is your fertile window? This is that time of the month when you have the highest chance of conceiving if you have intercourse with you partner.

Over a period of a few months, usually about 3 months you need to keep a record of your menstrual cycle and know on which day you are likely to ovulate.

The purpose of this is to know when your ovary is likely to release an egg, which then needs to be fertilised within 24 hours.

Once you know your ovulation days and time intercourse from at least 3 days before and maybe two days after, I can assure you, you have increased your chances of conceiving by as much as 50%

There are several methods you can use to know the precise day in which you likely to ovulate: the Cervical Mucus Method (CM), The Basal Body Temperature (BBT), and the use of ovulation kits.

1. I would recommend using a good ovulation kit Clear Blue Fertility kits remains the number one choice. They are one of the best and have been shown to be to 99.9% accurate.

2. You need to keep your partners sperm supply fresh and active: The general conception is that you need to “save” up the sperm for your fertile window. Yes the sperm may be plentiful them but the truth is that they will be weak and sluggish.

You need to have regular intercourse with your partner at least every four days. This will endure that when during the month when you are most fertile; his sperm is fresh, active, and able to do the job.

3. Avoid any form of lubrication. Research has shown that store bought lubricants like Vaseline and KY Jelly actually damage the sperm and weaken them and that is definitely not something you want to be doing in any instance.
